The Leadership In Action Program (LIAP) serves early childhood professionals and programs in the First Things First Southheast Maricopa Regional Partnership Council area. LIAP provides a cohort based learning environment that includes one-on-one coaching sessions, monthly training opportunities, and leadership symposiums. Through participation in LIAP, early childhood administrators gain valuable knowledge about high quality program administration and best practices in the field of early childhood.
Licensed or certified early care and education programs in the Southest Maricopa Regional Partnership Region not currently enrolled in Quality First are eligible to participate. Eligible programs must serve children birth through five years of age and be licensed by the Department of Health Services (DHS) or certified by the Department of Economic Security/Child Care Administration (DES).
